Our Great Friends
This summer we have had so much fun with our good friends Cody & Jen Gunnell, especially this month! Our ward has new goals every month and June's was to go on at least 2 dates. So we took advantage of that and the boys did such a great job at planning activities. First off, I will never be sick of ice cream even though I'm sure we've eaten at least a gallon of it. Jen and I are for sure ice cream pals! These first pictures are from a family night at the driving range. I haven't hit a bucket of golf balls since I was little, but we had a great time. I hit about 5 and was content with watching Curt, Cody, & Jen hit the rest! Then we went camping this past weekend and had so much fun again. Cody & Curt always make silly faces so Jen & I did too cause we were so proud of ourselves setting up camp on our own! I attempted making monkey bread in the dutch oven and it looked good, but didn't taste as good as we hoped. Now we know for next time I guess! Thanks Gunnell's for such a fun start to the summer. We love you guys!(:

I am so proud of you Jacque!! I'm too scared of the dutch oven and all the coals stuff... So good or not... still proud! And I'm glad you guys have good friends to keep you company up there! Looks like a blast!
ReplyDeleteP.S. ... You kill US how long inbetween posts... Cody probably wouldn't say anything about that, but thought I'd let you know that it's torture sometimes waiting so long in between. He gets on all by himself to check on you! :)

ReplyDeleteHappy Anniversary you two. You are so darling to always do what the ward goal is. I need to be better at that obediant thing. That pictures are darling, didn't know you loved that golfing thing!!!!:o) I can't wait to see you in August and in September. Enjoy the day as much as possible.....see if you weren't so obediant you could have more fun!!!! We love you so much.
