What an AMAZING weekend! Our friends Ian & Holly Silva invited us down to Salt Lake and we had an absolute blast! We first ate dinner at P.F. Changs...can I say how delicious it was!!! It was mine & Ian's first time & we were all very pleased!
Then we got to walk around temple square to see the beautiful lights! This picture is from the top floor of the Joseph Smith Memorial Building!
Then we also got the chance to go on a carriage ride. It was well worth it & we were lucky enough to get the only carriage with a heater in it!
Our horse was so cute and had reindeer antlers on(:
The 4 of us in the carriage!
Then we headed over to the Galivan (sp?) center and ice skated! It was Curt's first time and he did great! He has a sore back side, but I was impressed!
The 4 of us again @ the ice skating rink
To end the night off we ordered a cake, which I believe is called the Great wall of chocolate cake from P.F. Changs. We ordered it to go and everyone teased me about it being my cake...too bad by the end of the night I was still so full that I was the only one who didn't try it): But they all said it was incredible.
(I know it looks like ketchup on the top, but it's a raspberry sauce!)
Thanks Ian & Holly for a great time!
I am so glad that you got to go and really just play. You deserve it after all your hard work. Isn't it wonderful to have such great friends to share playtime with. It looks like you had a blast. Love you
