Spring Break!!(:

                                      So first I have to warn you, this post is super long, with TONS of pictures, and really should be about 5 different posts, so I pre-appologize! these pictures hopefully will show up in order, but I couldn't get enough of the spring flowers @ my parents house...AND the smell of the orange blossoms. I wish we could have captured it in a jar for Utah! Curt was so nice and helped my dad trim the old oranges off the tree, I thought the picture of their feet was priceless! 

We surprised Mom with a small family party since Curt & I won't be in town for her real birthday on April 15th, so we celebrated on March 15th. She had no clue which made it even better. It was hilarious waiting for her & Dad to show up. My brother Cody even hopped on the roof to see when the truck would be turning the corner! I swear we had so many false alarms!(: But we enjoyed the evening and wished Chris, Rachel, & Anna could have celebrated with us too.

Before Curt & I even left Utah we planned on eating @ some of our favorite places...Matta's, El Charo, TX Roadhouse, Joe's Real BBQ, Pete's Fish & Chips, Bahama Bucks, Rumbi's, and Curt's family introduced us to Venezia's! Unfortunately we didn't get pictures of them all but the list is CRAZY long and I think we'll be better off never eating out again to make up for how much we did in a week! 

    

On Friday Curt & I got to go to the Phoenix Zoo! I haven't been since my first grade field trip. The funny thing was, not much has changed, but WE LOVED IT! It was such a fun morning, enjoying the sun, walking around, and being amazed at the animals.   

Also on Friday, Jared (Curt's brother) FINALLY got his mission call. The poor guy waited 4 weeks. We had fun taking videos of him going to the mail box and being disappointed in his funny way, until we got to video him with it finally here!  We're SO proud of him...he will be leaving on May 26th to the Canada Calgary Mission!!!

 

Also on Friday our adorably sweet little niece Lexee got super sick and ended up spending a few days in the hospital. I tell you it was one of the scariest things. We are so glad she is feeling better and is home now! We loved spending time with her!

Last but not least I had to post this adorable picture of Curt and his family lab Bailey! He is in love! Hopefully one day we'll get to have one of our own too! And finally I had to thank my Mom for such a fun day with her. We went to lunch, got pedicures, and went shopping! I loved it(:

We had such a FABULOUS spring break and are so thankful to all of you who helped us do just that! We made such great memories and wish we could have seen more friends and family. Stinkin' father time has a way of moving too quickly! We hope you all had a wonderful break too, or rather are enjoying this beautiful Spring!
