EASTER, EASTER!!

We have had such a great Easter sunday and really this whole week has been great! First off beginning this week was busy with tests and teaching for me and working for Curt which we are still thrilled about. By the middle of the week our financial aid award came in and what a huge blessing...thanks again Rache, we couldn't have done it without you. And I got a call for a small summer job that will be perfect up until we go to the beach in June..!! In the fall I noticed a ref position was opened for a volleyball recreation league, but they said they'd call when they needed me...now 7 months later I get the call and it couldn't have worked out better! Thursday came and it is the last day of the week I work and now that the semester is coming to a close I SO look forward to not washing dishes anymore. BUt...it was such a fun day at work, oddly fun! Thanks to all the funny Dominicans(: I love em'!!! And our sweet parents sent us Easter paskages, one being gift cards for new Easter outfits & the other yummy goodies & a fabulous book on the Atonement...thanks Moms & Dads! And on top of it general conference really set up a nice week to think about the Savior which made this Easter day even more special! Church was wonderful...our friends spoke and gave wonderful talks and primary went really well too. Later this afternoon we got together with our friends Cody & Jen Gunnell and had a scrumptious dinner thanks to Jen and I experimented with the desserts...we had so much fun just relaxing and dying eggs and enjoying the beautiful weather. Curt & I hope Easter treated you all well. We know that it wouldn't be the same without our Savior and his life, ministry, sacrifice, and Resurrection.

What a beautiful SPRING day~!

Strawberry Torte prep...thanks for your help honey(:

First step, yellow cake mix

Second step, meringue and almonds

Third step, bake

Fourth step, create. HOLY COW...I did it!!!

We made these 'scotcharoos' just incase the strawberry torte didn't work out...thanks brett mac!

If you can't tell Jen & Curt have egg all over their hands...Cody & I came up on top for the egg toss(:

Just our easter egg dying fun!!!

I so remember the first years of marriage and all the amazing people that are still a huge part of our lives. And you are right non of this would be if we did not have the most wonderful Elder Brother to help us in all we have to do. Thanks to Him as well. I love you both. Have a great week, not too long and on go the swimsuits!!!
