What a Great Christmas!

We are having such a fun break! Its' been perfect for our first Christmas together! First off, we'll start with The Sunderhaus Christmas (jacque's family) we had ours the sunday before because it is the in-law year. We had such a blast(: Ithas been our tradition for the past couple years to draw names and homemake our gifts. My mom did a whole description of everyone's on her blog, she did a great job. But to make things short I was once again impressed with the family's creativity! Great memories! And of course, lots and lots of laughs! Here we are! Little Anna never seems be looking at the camera when everyone else is, but she is still so dang cute!

As for Christmas Day, we spent with the Dana's! We had an amazing day, filled with many more memories. Oddly enough Curt and I were the last ones up, it was only 8 o'clock(: I really loved some of the traditions they have, we have now. For stockings they have always used cowboy boots, LOVE IT!
and this year mom decided before we got to open a present that we had to answer Christmas trivia questions. It was a fun way to make the time last a little longer. We were so blessed with many gifts, but most of all I am just so grateful to have Curt! We got to read in Luke 2 before all the events began and it was a great reminder to what this day is all about! This afternoon we got to sneak over to my granparents house (The Welker's) and say hi and visit and this evening we were back at the Dana's and mom's side (The Gross') came over for Christmas dinner. It was a wonderful Day(: Can't wait til next year!

And just for a little summary of the in betweens of our break...we have been so blessed to attend our friends Spencer & Molly Hastings sealing and spend some time with them before we head back up to school, we went on a fun bike ride, bowling, hair cuts, cooking yummy holiday treats, and spent lots of time with family & friends(:

  2. hahahaah cowboy boots. THat is classic Curt. How sweet that they read the Luke story... my family almost always does that. We were in Utah so we did their traditions and I really missed hearing my dad read it.
